I would like to make a lava lamp theme, but unfortunately the only way to put animations on the phone is to make a gif. This works perfectly for something like a plasma ball, since it is fast moving and can have its movements captured in a set of frames quite nicely. With a lava lamp, its main appeal is slow gradual movement of the oil, I don't know if this would really come across in a gif. It will end up looking a little jerky and low fps. Could still work though.
