Got both off the bay. Can't remember what the tie downs are called, but you can also pick them up in your local builders merchant or electrical supplier.
There's a lot of dodgy quality braiding around, but found a guy on the bay who specialises in heatshrink and his stuff was top notch.

Yep, when you remove the side panel, you can feel the cool air moving around inside the case, and that's with the fans all on their lowest setting using the controller.
It's a cracking case, and well worth the money I paid, even though I was a little dubious about paying so much for a case. I can see me using this for a long time to come.
Possible things to do now are spray the floppy and optical drive casings black, as the grey just doesn't fit in very well in the otherwise black surroundings.
I also have new plans for the front, but will see what happens...
