Hello folks.

Thanks in advance for your advice upfront.

I have a triple 24" Asus setup.
Back a year or two ago I moved to a X34a.
For some reason I didn't get on with it (I noticed a weird scanline effect when at 100Hz:

I also returned this at the time due to a physical scratch on the panel anyway.

But honestly speaking I'm getting a little tired of the triple monitor setup and huge bezels and would like something uniform so to speak.

I had a quick look at cant see anything that overly grabs me. I noticed there is a new version of the Predator the X34P? But OCUK does not stock this? Any thoughts on this panel?

Honestly speaking a part of me was thinking just to go with something higher res and just standard size as opposed to super widescreen?

But Im not sure what is the best screen size/refresh rate combination these days.
Budget circa £1000.

Thanks folks :)

i've been looking at the vvvvv vvvvvvv but i have no idea to be honest. i see some with the butons on the back, this is no good as i'm unable to reach around so ones with butons at the bottom are needed i guess :) i'd prefer an ips monitor tbh :)

What GPU do you have? And if you play games, which do you play most often?
