From the first picture I thought the card was something like a GT430 and OP was joking.
I think Arctic Cooling have a GPU water cooling solution like this. Will check

IMO air cooling will be better for GPU's for some time to come

I'm very surprised that you are at 61C with an Antec Kuhler - that seems quite hot for a water cooled component, despite the increase. Also, have you not put any ram sinks on the memory? I see that you are actively cooling the entire card, so that may well be the case.
Very surprised by the size of the card naked. So disappointing for a £300 piece of hardware....

The antec kuhler rad is very thin. I'm also using very low speed fans on it that probably don't push a lot of air.

I have done this mod to my 7950 and i have to say the performace is sensational. I can bench at 1275mhz on the core and gaming at 1200 core
i only hit 53 degrees C with the a replacement fan turned to minimum on my fan controller. Trouble is I have the annoying fish tank noise from the pump. will try the magnet trick this week but anybody have any other ideas to get rid of it?

Update - unless you have cooling on the ram or very good/direct airflow to the card I wouldn't do this as I was having some heat issues with the RAM modules.
