I am having problems with and avi clip I have.

The clip has two audio streams but PP only picks up one of them. VLC and Sony Vegas both work with the audio. When I look at the clip properties its says this:
Audio track 1:
Size is 164.35M bytes
Rate is 48000 samples/sec
Sample size is 16 bits

Audio track 2:
Size is 0 bytes
Rate is 48000 samples/sec
Sample size is 16 bits

As you can see it detects the first audio stream fine but it thinks that the 2nd one has no size?

Can anyone help or point me somewhere that can?

Thanks,
Smithy

As a quick fix i'd strip the audo streams out using another app (VirtualDub etc) and bring it back into PP. I've had to do this is the passed when PP hasn't been happy with the audio although i can't say i've ever gone to great lengths to find the reason/solution due to time constraits etc.

Yeah, I have done this. Although I was looking for a more long term solution due to me doing this sort of editing with video with 2 audio tracks in the future. Looking online I cannot seem to find any information on how to fix, in fact you are the only person I've seen who has a similar problem. :(
