Something has kicked off a bit personally thats been affected by my situation in work, any one an employment lawyer or work in HR that I can fire off a trust email to?

I don't want post in public what the issues are here and I don't want to be inundated with "that's wrong, find a new job", while yes it is morally wrong but is it legally wrong.

I would, and still thinking of giving CAB a shout but with previous dealings of them they read the same information I can find online but wanting to chat to someone that deals with it on a daily occurance that me know the true in and outs.

If you want specific advice beyond what the CAB or an equivalent can provide, I'm afraid you will have to ask a lawyer for a consultation as a lawyer's insurance would not cover advising someone who wasn't their client. I don't do employment but won't advise even my friends on an informal basis about anything - if they later say 'But X said Y!' in court or to another lawyer then I'd be stuffed.

Firstly, speak to ACAS, they will assist further and advise the best route.

Employment law beyond an answer you can typically elicit from Google or your company HR policies and the usual publicly available employee information (e.g. gov websites) tends to be very specialist and really requires legal counsel.

Even most HR managers still seek counsels advice on anything that can't be answered from the employees handbook and companies policies.

As above @TJM's approach, I have a solid understanding and experience in employment matters but would not wish to advise beyond generality for those reasons stated in this context.
