Any good real world car driving sims?

I'm learning to drive at the moment and have failed my test a few times already. It is no substitute for real life experience but I am looking for a good car driving sim on PC. Does anyone know of one?

I'd like it to be set in UK with realistic traffic conditions etc. Essentially a car driving sim with all the hazards etc found on UK roads.

Thanks guys. How does it play with a mouse and keyboard? I also have an Xbox 360 pad I could use.
