As not allowed over door heater above entrance door at work - due to Covid, my feet are freezing. As my job entails some physical work, wear the works issued non slip shoes. I have tried two pairs but they are making the shoes too tight. Work issued shoes are only offered in full sizes, so the next size up are too big (work had some to try on) even with 2 pairs on.

Plus doesn't help with having tiled flooring which makes the floor colder.
I work in a workshop with all the doors open, might as well be out side.
I use socks for work boots, there thicker than normal socks

Socks is the obvious choice, if you are sitting down for periods also consider a footrest to take your feet off the cold tiles. I find putting my feet up works wonders in our kitchen, which otherwise gives me cold feet in winter. Will make a big difference, the main issue is contact transfer of heat from your feet into the cold floor, the actual air above the floor will be significantly warmer / less conductive.

Get a job working in retail... The constant stream of complaining customers will distract you from the cold, and the incessant Christmas music will warm your heart!!
