Per my other thread I am trying out some Devolo dlan 550s. Problem is I only have two sockets by my computer's in the spare room - and the only one that is suitable to use the Devolo as a passthrough means it is "passing through" power to my main PC extension. Meaning if I leave it switched on I have a lot of standby lights on from the Devolo itself, KVM box, monitor etc. Not great because it's the spare bedroom in which I occasionally sleep!
My usual routine is to turn that plug on/off. Is there any issue power cycling the Devolo all the time?
