I went to see Bill Bailey live and spent the whole show in pain from laughing... they same for Ed Byrne.... I don't think it's a sense of humour that's missing, I think that it's something worth laughing at.

Bill Bailey sold out after he did Part Troll. I saw him on the Part Troll tour, and then Tinselworm, all his jokes were about current pop artists, his uniqueness and the intelligence of his jokes had been massively toned down massively so that he appealed to a larger audience I thought. Haven't really bothered with him since.

Frankie Boyle is a good comedian, but I get a little bored of the cutting jokes after a while.

Dylan Moran is where it's at. Legend of ranting comedy.
