Any one have experience of a Boxford Mini Mill (cnc)?

A friend recently bough a mini mill off of ebay it appears to be all well and good but he is wanting to update the software on his host machine to win 7 or win vista and here in lies the problem.

Under Win 98, 2000 and xp the machine is found in the software, Pro desktop 2000i, but as soon as he goes to vista the machine is not recognised.

He can get around it by using dual boot on his pc but wants to get away from this if possible.

Anyone else have any experience of this mill and can provide any pointers?

Thanx for that, have been on there before.

I just asked the question on here as I have read similar threads about cnc and what not so wondered if anyone on here may be able to help.
