Any pc software like Garage Bands' Smart guitar section?

I had a bit of a play with Garage Band today and have to say I found it quite fun however, not having a mac or ipad etc I can't have Garage Band...

So, does anyone know of any software like the guitar section of GB, something with chords you can strum etc

Probably. There are a lot of musos down there with good advice on anything musical.

To find something as simple as that is quite tough.

You could take a look at FL studio with some special guitar VST plugin. But even then I doubt it would be as simple as the guitar on GarageBand.
