Is there no scoop in the tub? sometimes they can end up buried so you might have to search around a bit.

Hey guys,
I went out and bought this!
I run 30 mins a day and lift some light weight weights. Just looking to tone up really and considering I can't eat dairy it'll be a helpful protein source. Anyway, how much of this stuff should I take a day? 1 serving is 30g but it says 2 scoops! How the hell am i meant to measure a 'scoop'?
thanks![]()

If you are 10st at that height then you need to put on muscle. Losing body fat will give you definition but will make you look horribly skinny.
IMO you need a clean bulk and some challenging weights for to to male some progression.
Probably need to eat 3x the kcals you are now![]()

What brand of Muesli do you have? I could have it with coconut milk! It's so expensive though![]()
My breakfast is protein-tastic. Bowl of Muesli, 2 slices of white bread dipped in 1 egg and griddled with lemon juice (eggy bread) with 2x eggs scrambled on top. And of course 1.5 scoops whey.
If I'm in a rush I'll just have the muesli (amazing for you) and whey.
It's the whey that helps. What brand of Muesli do you have? I could have it with coconut milk! It's so expensive though![]()
^^ I was going to say the same thing! Sponge iirc you want to be on a cleanish bulk, get rid of that white bread.
Muesli isn't amazing for you either, you can certainly get good ones but in general I'd much rather have complete control of what I'm eating.
Gustov,
Eat more! Eggs are great if you can't think of anything else for breakfast. Generally speaking it's good to consume ~30g of protein shortly after waking. This helps to turn on your metabolism and stops you from preserving fat.
From the sound of things though what you really want to do is build some muscle onto your frame. Don't worry about gaining too much, the method is the same no matter how much you want to build, you just stop sooner if you want less.
Also, why are you running? This might sound like a silly question, but it's important to know your goals. If your running for fat loss, stop it now (unless I've misread and you need to drop significant bodyfat). You problems is that not enough of the calories that you eat are going into building and maintaining muscle. One important way to combat this is stop burning calories for other purposes. The other ways are to eat more and condition your body to shuttle more calories to your muscles for protein synthesis, which involves training and diet.
To help you much further, we need to know things like your height and weight, and an indication of body fat.
Just out of curiosity, have you ever tried lactofree, lactase tablets, or goats' milk? I am lactose intolerant, but lactofree milk I'm fine with, I haven't tried lactase tablets yet, but intend to, and I'm fine with goats' milk too, which I've moved on to from lactofree milk. The goats' milk I get from tesco is actually nicer than cows' milk too.

I ate scrambled all the time and not once ever used milk. You really don't need too
Whilst I've been diagnosed with lactose intolerance, the main reason I don't eat dairy is because it never fails to break me out in pimples!![]()
No butter?
