Any protein based drinks that I just add water to? (Can't drink milk)r

That's a ****ter. I'm also lactose intolerant and found lactofree fantastic, though expensive! I really should change my diet lol

It's not just me :) there are tens and tens of studies that link milk to acne, just google it. Obviously, if you don't have any issues with your skin in the first place milk isn't going to aggravate it! Just the unfortunate few :(

I'm going to try the eggs now mate! I have no idea what I'm doing though :P

Hmm, just made the scrambled eggs, what did I do wrong! I used 3 eggs and whilst it tasted fine it didn't go too well.

I whisked up 3 eggs, put them in a pan at low heat and it just kinda stuck to the pan :( ended up scraping it all off the pan.

Do I need to be using oil?

Edit- Just watched this lol - Did it so wrong! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dU_B3QNu_Ks

I stick with the microwave a lot of the time as it means less washing up, but if you do it in a pan you've got to keep it moving constantly to try and avoid it sticking.

At that weight you shouldn't be doing as much running as you are. It would be fine if you knew you were eating enough, but you don't yet.

"Toning", btw, is simply the act of increasing muscle mass and reducing bodyfat to show muscular definition. With your current weight if you only focus on dropping fat then you'll end up looking like a skinned rabbit. To get the look you're going for, you need to have a little bit of muscle. Running is only going to reduce your bodyfat, hence my recommendation to drop it. Maybe go for a run 2 times a week at most. Consider doing weights 3 times a week as well.

Have you actually tried whey isolate? It might well not give you any problems. If you try places like myprotein you can get small samples.

Also, four eggs :)

In terms of when to supplement your diet with protein, it depends on the timings of your other meals. If dinner is early, then before bed. If lunch is late, before lunch. Late dinner with early lunch creates a nice gap in between.

But I will stress this point again, the most important thing in your situation is to eat more in general and lift weights. Try to make sure you're eating more meat and eggs and you're good to go. Then if you find you aren't gaining muscle it's time to add protein supps. Adding protein without doing weights will do more or less nothing to your body composition.

As others have said, you will lose weight running, but you won't have a physique as such.

As well as burning fat, you'll be speeding away any muscle. As said get a good weights and diet routine going.

So I've changed my breakfast to 4 x eggs (27g protein) whisked into scrambled egg on a piece of wholemeal bread. Should I have a hemp protein shake at this time as well? (13g protein)

Lunch is chicken breast and a sandwich of some kind.

Then dinner is a large portion of whatever is served!

I also have these things called green smoothies that I would recommend to anyone. Basically what you do is you put spinach, chard and kale + 3/4 peices of fruit in a blender and then mix them all together. Stick in the fridge for 2/3 hours and drink! I go for Kiwi, Apple, Blueberries, and raspberries. Need to incorporate some almonds in to my diet too. Cashews and my stomach do not go :p

With regards to weights I really have no idea where to start, I have 5kg free weights, which I do feel if I do them in reps of 30. But honestly, that's about as far as my 'weight' knowledge goes!

Can't you get to a gym?

This http://www.ehow.com/how_2116379_microwave-scrambled-eggs.html explains it nicely allow I've never found the need to grease the bowl, I normally bring them out while there still some liquid egg in the bowl and give it a good mix up which will cook the remaining egg and stop you ending up with a solid lump.
I had my first go at microwave scrambled eggs the other night (post workout snack) and I found them very easy, just whizz them up in a Pyrex jug, and give them a minute on full tilt. In our 1Kw microwave they fluffed right up and a quick stir was all that was needed. With scrambled eggs always stop cooking earler than you think you should - the residual heat finishes the job.

I was worried about the cholesterol, but a bit of Googling put my mind at rest.

FWIW, Organic eggs do taste better IMO...
