A friend of mine is having some issues with social services regarding her children. I'm no expert on the matter, but it seems to me the social workers are being negligent, and threatening pretty drastic action without doing any investigation.
I don't want to talk about it on the open forum, but if there are any social workers on here, or anyone who is familiar with their procedures, I'd be very grateful if we could have a quick email chat. I promise not to take up too much of your time, I'd just like to get an opinion on how things are being handled.
