Any support staff working on the weekend? I ordered the wrong chair by accident with Sunday delivery.

As per title.

I've ordered the wrong chair with Sunday delivery so I'd like to cancel it and save OC the hassle of packing it up for it only to be returned, I've logged a web ticket but I'm not sure if anyone is even working on that today as it's a Saturday and the phone lines are closed.

There was a thread in Monitors section that had a similar issue. Nothing you can do except refuse delivery from the courier.

If they don't have anyone monitoring web notes it's their loss in business and future business potentially.
