Any takers for BT Total Broadband yet?

Well I can't fault BT's service. Ordered online, received confirmation of order with VOIP number within minutes. Had tracking number of parcel, emailed when despatched, all arrived exactly when it said it would, all to the letter.

Even to the point of not received the 1010 phone, I was told everything I wanted to know and a full apology.
 
well guys,

the engineer did us proud, sorted out the land line issue, and the connection now works a treat, getting 6.2mb so can complain.

Just need to find out about the phone.
 
This is Day 3 with BT Broadband (Option 3).

It has has worked fine..... so far.

It arrived on time and included a DEC phone while the BT Hub phone is delayed.

I ordered a USB Wireless Adapter (BT Voyager 1055), which gave me a bit of trouble "associating" it with my PC via the Install CD. However, it has been fine on my laptop, where I am typing this.
