anybody used the sapphire rma process ?

just had a card i purchased from the mm go bang after 1 month , waiting for seller to get back , hopefully will be able to send back /RMA


anyway its this one

Think you should get the seller to do an RMA from his place of purchase really but regarding RMA'ing to Sapphire; had to do one last year with a 9800xt and although it took quite a while (about 6 weeks) I did get a replacement card sent to me.
