Anyone any experience with Disney World and tickets

Odd question but wondering if anyone has recently been to Disney World and bought tickets and grouped them together?

Were going in a month and bought and got the Disney and universal 14 day passes, my wife set an account up and linked us together but when she tries to book fastpasses for Disney its asking for my and my sons tickets to be linked, when I scan the tickets it says they have already been redeemed, she was on hold for an hour this evening with CS and we haven't got much futher
 
Hmm I go pretty regularly.

Normal process is have one account holder (usually me) that i attach a pass to.

Then I add additional people to the account using the Disney app and then link additional passes to them.

Never had a problem.

With the Disney/Universal switch passes you have I am guessing you got them from a popular UK reseller like Orlando attractions.

Disney should help you if it's a technical problem or if it's a pass problem get on the phone to the reseller pronto.
 
The My Disney Experience app at the moment is having issues. What fast passes are you going for by the way ? Don't waste FP's on rides which aren't as popular, go for the big hitters such as Slinky Dog Dash, Flights of Passage, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Also, try and get your FP's in the morning as once your chosen three are used you can then get another FP to use, then another etc... Don't give up on getting FP's, even when in the parks, keep trying for the harder to get FP's, just keep refreshing the app, they will become available eventually.

Yes I echo this point. Best is to use your three daily FPs up as quick as possible in the morning if you plan for a full day, then get them on the fly in the park.

Keep checking as people cancel all the time and some really sweet opportunities can come up randomly.
