Anyone else got an ingrowing toe nail?

I've had mine for about two years. I rip the nail off on the side it's ingrowing once a month (it was excruciating to start with but i've got used to it).

However, it seems to be getting thicker and harder to remove. Will it get worse?

get it sorted. i have no nails on my big toes after many operations to sort out the mess of me refusing to get them done.
