There is a guy in my office making silly ****ing whistle noises every couple of minutes, its the same aggravating tune over and over again . . .

It's surprising the amount of odd-balls they're out there. I never realised how many until i started the world of work. I've seen all sorts in the office, whistlers, mouth clicking, knee trembling that shakes the whole damn table, foot thumpers that make it feel like I'm in an Earthquake. I've had to tell a lot of people to shut-up/stop moving over the years.
