And I mean... a lot?! Bit of a weird thread but I always wondered if it's popular and how much other people like it. I love it on pasta, pizza, fish, beef... lots of things. It's amazing!

I like it, I have about a third of a bottle on my cheese on toast, people can't understand how I can handle that much, but it's really not that hot when you have that amount fairly often.

It can work out quite expensive. :p

There is a 'trade' style bottle which is huge - basically just a huge glass bottle rather than the piddly ones you can buy from supermarkets. Saves me a fortune by buying them :D

Currently working my way through a bottle of Blair's After Death sauce. Then It's on to his Mega Death sauce. :)

I've had Blair's 2am before. But it's so expensive to get it shipped out to Europe that I only do it very rarely. These sauces (or rather food extracts, using them as a sauce is an invitation to A&E) are -hot- But not as hot as Blair's 16 million reserve, essentially pure capsaicin crystals. :)

I wonder if it makes you go on a vision quest like in that Simpsons episode. :D

where do you get the trade size bottles?

I get mine from Costco - usually last a month! Think it's about £4 a bottle.

I like the habanero variety, but Tabasco in general is so versatile it's great. Imo the habanero has more flavour than the vinegary regular stuff. Not that I'd turn it down, mind.

We bought a bottle, my housemate claimed he wouldn't like it. Then found it had been going in most meals without him knowing :)

Now it does go in everything :p
