especially since the recent downtime?

i've noticed going into my friends list, removing friends, sending messages etc can take an absolute age sometimes.

is it just me?

Try the network test on the 360 first, then see if there are any ISP problems. Other than that, perhaps they are working some more on the Live! servers in preperation for the E3 events.

not same prob, but since last week since live was down for a day or so every time I sign in I get the message ''couldnt fully sign in all live features, try again later'' also one time could not sign in at all and my username was greyed out and could not be selected,, try the running initial set up again :)

If I run the initial setup again will I lose any save games?

I didnt lose any saves,, I was going to use the recover gamer tag at first cos I couldnt log in but after painfully re entering my details I got the message that all game saves would be lost  I quickly cancelled and then tried the initial set up feture which sorted my log in problem and didnt lose any saves :) suppose if your really worried you can take off your harddrive before you run it??

My live is fine here. Thought I buggered up my lan the other day when we had the down time. It was only after many failed log in attempts that I bothered to run the network test and it told me it was down.

I've tried running the initial setup again, which basically boiled down to choosing the operating language and then loading my profile again and, fingers crossed, it seems ok now :)
