My housemate and his coursemates are all doing Architecture - hence the need for an enormously demanding rendering program. They use Archicad (sic) and towards the end of their projects they sometimes have to leave their machines on overnight to render lol!

vista has always been pretty accurate for me when predicting file transfer times. even when using my abominably slow creative zen stone mp3 player - 700-800kbs transfer speeds. takes 40 minutes to fill up and it only holds 2gb. :rolleyes:
