Anyone get their Asus money back ?

I bought a monitor a month or so ago and sent in my invoice etc... got a confirmation email but never heard back from them, Anyone that took part in this ever get the money they were promised ?

Takes ages, I bought a CPU + motherboard bundle, took about 3 months, had to chase them in the end.

That was fast compared to how long users have had to wait in Finnish PC forum.
