Anyone getting artifacts on PC BC2 Vietnam? (Specifically Vantage Point map)

Never had it with my 4870 but my cousins 4850 was terrible for it ( both 10.12 hes on win xp im on win 7 )

He fixed it by changing some settings in the 3d tab in CCC
 
So hopefully AMD have addressed this issue in the latest catalyst driver (11.1). Anyone remember the issue with these cards at the launch of BFBC2 with slow loading times? :D
