Anyone getting artifacts on PC BC2 Vietnam? (Specifically Vantage Point map)

Never had it with my 4870 but my cousins 4850 was terrible for it ( both 10.12 hes on win xp im on win 7 )

He fixed it by changing some settings in the 3d tab in CCC
