My wife and I finished our Christmas shopping back in November. That is, we finished Christmas shopping for absolutely everyone but ourselves.

We're both off at noon today, the shops are going to be manic.

If I wasn't working today I would be half tempted to take a deckchair and a flask of something warming and walk up to the Fort Shopping centre in Brum to watch the parking rage fights that are guaranteed today

Hell no! Finished mine yesterday and I'm happy with that. I love giving presents and that but I hate the feeling of not having it done and panicking.

Least I can sit back now and relax until next year!

All mine done. Might pop up into town and go for a wander watching people getting stressed buying last minute xmas presents while I bask in the glory of having all mine done!

(In actual fact I'd rather get out to avoid cabin fever setting in and try and get into the festive spirit.......)

I went to Tesco at 9am and it was carnage. People all panic shopping with a crazed look in their eyes.

Forget it. I'm not venturing out again until this evenings drinking sesh.

Went and got last present today hassle free. But then it is a small cook shop, although surprised parking on whiteladies road wasn't to bad. Also knew what i wanted and even where they where in the shop. So very painless indeed.
