I've got it in my head today I need to start looking at getting a new monitor. Has anyone recently moved from a more traditional 32" to 39"?

I've currently got a 32" Samsung 1080p monitor/TV, they did combined ones about 6 years or so ago, I'd have to dig out the model number. All in all its a relatively nice display but after 9 months in lockdown on it 8-9 hours a day my eyes are starting to feel the pinch and I'm thinking shifting to a sharper display could help.

I'm no longer a big PC gamer, but freesync would be a nice to have in the event I go further down that route again as time passes.

I'm just having massive difficulty looking at losing 2" of height by going UW, I've not looked at up sizing from 32"+ but suspect it's less popular and more costly?

That's me being an idiot :p

The max width I could do would be 39", I was looking at 34" not 38" but the site you posted had cleared that up. Really I'd be needing to look at 38" and not 34" to avoid losing the 2" height I'm used to I'm thinking?

The dimensions of my existing one are 72cm cm 41.5cm including bezel

There also the 35" UW which will be about 1cm higher then the 34" UW

Height of the actual screen
32 inch 16x9 Height 39.85 cm (your 32")
38 inch 21x9 Height 38.02 cm
35 inch 21x9 Height 35.02 cm
34 inch 21x9 Height 34.02 cm
