I have a 910 in the audi and golf and the tomtom on in the skoda.
I did have a lot of Problems with the mount at first because it would restart the device every time I went over a bump. However after a quick update of the software its fine now.
The mount on the tomtom one is ok however the device it self is useless.
I agree its the best one i have ever used, the v2 is a fantastic piece of kit, what the hell is useless about it? What do you want it to do drive the car for you?
Well it may just be the maps I have on the tomtom ONE, I only used it once but it kept directing me in the wrong direction, asking my to do a u-turn on a one way street when I was infect going in the correct direction. My tomtom 910 works fine in the same area.
The 910 has newer maps than the ONE (I assume v1) but you can now get newer up to date maps for all PND's with (most) new roads on em!... and a 20% discount at the mo!.
I dont know if they updated the earlier 910's but i had an early one and whereas the unit itself was pretty good, the build quality of the mount was shocking. As mentioned, the unit could be disconnected very easily due to the poor contact to the mount.
