I need to speak to a HP support person who has english as a first language and can improvise and deviate from that bloody script they religiously follow.
I found HP's Support to be a Joke.. shocking! Lucky for me i purchased my monitors from john lewis.. who were oustanding and sympathetic to the problem.. they advised to contact HP which i did about 5 times. i went back to them and they swapped it for a brand new one and said they would deal with HP.. Not many retailers that are willing to that these days!
