i thought so too as viewsonic seem to be both cheap and low response time (8ms) but the colour aint so hot on them apparently.

I have one it's ok, however I don't have anything to compare it to . I can't fault it though.

it's certainly a fast screen, arguably one of the best for gaming in the market right now. Check out the info in the sticky about it
