I was most likely going to do what i did with my 7800gtx's...Save my standard 8800gtx bios and then change the clock speeds to what i want and then flash the bios back to the card...Cyber-Mav said:safer to clock using software if all your after is clock speeds. only reason to flash bios is if your after voltage manipulation.
besides that i guess it would be fairly simple to flash the bios to say a model that comes preclocked from the factory.
flashing to a 8800ultra im not sure about since others say its a different core in them or core revision.
