Anyone here Japanese?

I need to send something to a guy in Japan. He's given me his address but I'm not sure it's in the correct format to write on the parcel. I've googled the Japanese address format but I cant differentiate which is the street/city etc from what he's given me. Can anyone help???

Just a thought, could you google map search each bit and see what bit is the street?
