Anyone here on TitanADSL?

Hey all,

Currently with ADSL24, but I'm looking to switch because I've had a bad experience with them.

Anyone here with TitanADSL? They're currently number 2 in the ISPreview list, and they have the same caps as my current ISP (which is nice).

Just wondering if those who are with TitanADSL could post some screenshots of the broadband control panel? It sounds sad, but with ADSL24 it's easy to make changes to interleaving and modify account details on the webpage, so I'll need something equally flexible.

Tried to search, but couldn't find a conclusive list of people who use them, just a load of people using UKFSN

Aye, my problem wasn't a network one.. ADSL24 just decided that they'd charge me for the BT engineer visit when I did log a fault ticket.

Left a bad taste, so I was wondering if TitanADSL were worth a shot.

Have you used Titan daveyp?

Well I've just sent a lovely email to Entanet to dispute the charge.

The engineer did call, but only because it was advised to ADSL24 (on the fault report) that an engineer visit is advised.

The fault was fixed before he showed up (took him 3 days) and now they want to charge me, even though the problem reoccured last night.

They arranged an engineer, but they left me a voicemail so I had to call back to confirm a time. They were very dismissive on the phone last night.

The first chap I spoke to was understanding, but the other guy was like a blame-machine. "PC, modem, your line, BT exchange issue" I can garauntee the computers and the modems, but I couldn't argue the line or exchange because obviously, that would suit me and he was having none of it.
