Anyone just a text from T-Mobile regarding internet speed?

Just had a txt from tmob asking me to reboot the phone because they have improved my internet speeds. Low and behold i have got H+ on my phone for the very first time. Im even seeing H+ in an area i was getting very slow g speeds.


Speed test shows 2.2mbs which isnt that fast but in the same area before i was getting 200kbs

is this a nationwide roll-out or am i being trailed?

I have received a similar text on orange. However I have found the internet to be worse than ever before with slower speeds and 2g signal in places where I received 3g signal. I feel confused being stuck with this useless network for where speeds are coverage seems to bbe going down. Another year!

+1 I had the same text from Orange and now I get H+ but speed does not seem to be improved at all
 
Just had one through from orange

Can't say I've ever tested the internet speed, always seems good enough (when I've got signal)
 
Yep, yep - got my text this morning, but had forgotten about it until now - rebooting as I type.....
Wifety got same text last night, but is not much of a mobile internet user so who knows !
 
Hi guys, the texts are to do with the roll out of national 3g roaming - essentially the networks are completely merged now so you should get full data speeds on either the TMUK or OUK networks. Some phones will require a reboot for this to take effect

All we need now is for all networks to have to share their masts and then companies can compete on price rather than being the only buggers to serve you!
