I want to read about other people's experiences with hosts, and am looking for a forum similar to these OCUK ones but for hosting, and preferrably a UK forum.

i would agree about 50% to that since its covered with webhost wannabes but can be at times usful for some advice but you get plenty of people who try to show of, , worst one in freewebhostingtalk.com,
