Pretty much what it says in the title. I remember 3 years ago I couldn't register online and I come to register my new phone and it says:
"Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a technical problem. Orange is aware of the problem and is working to resolve it.
Please try again later."
Looks like I will have to phone them up and do it
