Anyone Noticed Increased Speeds On Orange/T-Mobile?

Well what ever the reason, I'm happy with the free upgrade that hasn't cost me anything. And it is only a sign of things to come with orange supposedly going to be the 1st to roll out 4G. Good on you orange, better coverage, better speeds, and better deals. I get a discount from then because of my workplace so that's 25% off my bill

Orange easily has the best coverage in the area and now some of the best speeds, people on vodafone in this area struggle for 3G.

There are HSPA+ masts up to be fair to EE although I would imagine they are running at 14.4 rather than 21.

50KB/s up indicates you're probably fairly far from the mast so I'd imagine this is a slower mast but it's not the limit for them, are you 100% sure you're capped? This is neither a "top end" cap like the people who were capped to 3G 376Kbps nor a usual speedcap level used in telecoms.

I've been loads of places and the speed literally bounces off a 3.75/0.5Mbps limit. I'm on T-Mobile btw. So it seems to me they have set that limit on T-Mob.

Orange it seems have higher speeds.
