Anyone owned a Buell?

Considering a return to biking, have always fancied a Buell but know relatively little about them. Didn't they fold? But they still have a showroom near me... Owned by Harley? Guessing parts are hard to come by. Any widespread issues?

Seems Eric Buell is still designing and making bikes, under EBR (Eric Buell Racing). Not sure there's much going on in the UK, however I found this listing on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EBR-1190SX-/122065016123?hash=item1c6ba4553b:g:~s8AAOSwZVlXnQM- - made me chuckle.

Later learned they filed for bankruptcy in April.
