Anyone reapplied TIM or taken apart a Dual PCB GTX295

?? THinking of guving mine a spring clean, anyone have experience? Is it difficult?

Also do we know 100% if BFG would say this voids the warranty?
 
It's not difficult, just more difficult than, say, a gtx260. You have to be careful of the SLI ribbon, this restricts how much "play" you have in maneuvering the 2 PCBs off the block.

It will void your warranty.
 
Be a lot less hassle to clean/blow the dust out with a can of Compressed air ;)


It's really not worth the risk of breaking it by taking a card apart unless it faulty or your going fit a different cooler/waterblock

AGree chaps, ill get some compressed air.... It got a shake up when a refitted it the other day and on power up it blew a load of dust out, hence me htinking it may be time for a clean!
