Anyone seen the 8800s on ocuk with oc2 core ?

What does everyone reckon, worth it or just a ploy for us to spend more money?

The core and memory aren't hugely overclocked, non more than the EVGA's already were, but I wonder how well this so called 'OC2' core will perform?

Very overpriced IMO. Especially the 640mb GTS. You can get a GTX for that price.

Exactly what i thought, Its £80 more than the normally clocked 640mb gts

Definitely not worth it in my opinion

I used NiBiTor.v3.2 to flash my overclock on my GTS 640MB 620/2000. Saved waiting on a software overclocker for Vista.

Deffo overpriced when EVGA were knocking out the same clockspeeds on their "superclocked" GTX for £380 ...

i laughed my head off when there was a 1 word reply:

as for the prices, for some wealthy buisness man who couldnt give a damn about messing around "overclocking" it wouldnt make no difference i guess,

but for most people, the extra cash is a big... "LOL"... not worth it,
