I just read about splashtop which is this new kind of linux instant on boot setup which is built into the bios of motherboards, the bios memory has 512MB and you will boot into a mini operating system which is for quick photo and internet browsing and listening to music. It takes 5 seconds to boot and the bios is open source so the community can make apps to do more things through this mini linux OS. If you want to go into the full OS the boot time is 25 seconds. I was wondering if anyone seen xbmc under the apps in the 5 second instant on boot? This would be awesome!!!
