Hey,
I currently work at the Jobcentre and after 2 years have found that progression is timely or non-existant so I applied for a job at Abbey as a Branch Personal Banking Advisor.
The basic wage is either a bit lower or higher than my current wage but with 'competitive bonuses' and I have also heard you can advance quite well obviously if your good at your job.
So basically just wondering if anyone would be able to shed the light on bonuses, advancement and if it is generally a good company to work for?
Cheers
