Anyway to warm up faster?

That's good to know then as I'm due a new van in a few months and was going to go for a Caddy. I won't if it doesn't have bluetooth and takes an age to warm up!

To be fair to VW - I have the basic of all basic models - you can go for the model that has the Bluetooth and air con. It's a really comfortable ride - I really can't fault it at the moment - apart from the cold :p

Jees, my e36 went for 2 years without a heater, was fun in winter, gloves, hat and scarf, and a decent jacket. But i'd rather be cold than too hot!! No it suffers the opposite problem, heaters working fine, but the valve has seized open so hot water flows through it all the time!!

I'd be tempted to let it run for 5 mins, heater on cold, and fans turned off. Our transit minibus takes 15 mins to warm up due to the amount of coolant, old ldv bus warmed up in about 3-4.

Shame they can't mount the condensers elsewhere in the vehicle so you can use the aircon in heat pump mode whilst standing still. (Still other costs involved though)

How about one of these no idea if any good or not. Cannot mention the site as its a competitor but a google will lead the way ?
