AOC 4K Moni and 290 XFire

Hi , guys , today I have hooked up the brand new AOC and a pair of 290s. During the installation of drivers I have noticed a horrible flickering in2D mode. Googling has revealed , that I am not alone by far . However , if I may believe in what is shown on the screen, AC 4 played in 4K just fine..

It has led me to believe , that it is the fault of AMD having too low clocks in2D . Will investigate tomorrow. Any ideas ? Thanks !!

I have experienced something similar in the past, install msi afterburner and tick "disable ulps" reboot and see if the problem persists.

Also if i remeber correctly, in afterburner if you up the memory frequency just a little and the voltage of the card(s) the memory on the 290's will run at that speed all the time and not drop so low. As this is likely your problem its worth a try.

No luck so far, 2D and 3DMark still keep on flickering . Mostprobably a driver issue
