aol problem

I have just been upgraded to 4mb about 2 weeks ago and all fine..

now ive recently seen my download speeds have reduced and its now connecting at 380kb!! and upload speed of 460kb or something!

now it should be near 4000kb and ive foned aol and they said it could be the MTU size thing on the router but its all fine i told them that its just suddently changed, any ideas?

Some more detail would be useful, like what router you're using and where you're getting "its now connecting at 380kb!!" from. Stats (i.e. attenuation, SNR margin, current sync rate) would be helpful too.
