That is indeed a very efficient looking vrm cooler! Hopefully with this new chipset and cpu they can handle 3600-4000mhz ddr4 and 4.3-4.5ghz core overclock!

looks like a really nice board.

I have the x370 gaming k7 and I love it. The Vrms never get above 60 though and im starving them for air a bit due to every intake n my case having a radiator and low speed fans blowing through them (its why my top graphics card gets hotter than I would like)

I have the 370 too, would like the 470 as has the duel M.2's like the TR boards. Unfortunately the EK Mono block that I have does not fit the 470 variant :(

pricing pops up down under

https://videocardz.com/newz/gigabyte-x470-aorus-motherboards-listed-in-australian-american-shops

Aorus 7 $287.85 = £157.25

Aorus 5 $217 = £118.90

Aorus Ultra £164.40 = 90.8

tried added VAT to the boards above and bring Aorus 7 to £188... so im guessing the Oz prices are either distribution or without 10% GTS (VAT)

brings Aorus 7 to $316 which is £173 ... so personally think distribution prices and also we'll get UK higher prices slapped on top to :(

IIRC the k7 370 was 220 + over here so I think them prices are wishful thinking unfortunately

Think ya maths is wrong, there in USD

Aorus 7 $287.85 = £204.85 + VAT = £245.82

yeah, not the best explained if its USD or Australian Dollar - £240 does sound on the mark and inline with Aorus 7 Z370 and including wifi

That looks nice! Zen+ is looking more and more temping as I go along.

looks like AMD will have a nice spread to cover all prices with 1st gen and 2nd gen
