since i have started running lots more. i have knocked my 6mile time down by 12mins, (in 2 weeks) which i am very pleased with
however, it seems my appetite has vanished i used to be able to eatmassive meals and still feel like i could eat some more. now i seem to be never hungry.
i am still eating but it seems its less than id like.
