Hi guys finally leaving orange (dont ever use them they are so bad  )

I am looking at these packages:

Aquiss: Office Max 45

Peak Usage: 45GB

Off-Peak: 300GB

Monthly Price: £32.99

Contention Ratio: 20:1

or....

Adsl24: Office Broadband

Peak Usage: 45GB

Off-Peak: 300GB

Monthly Price: £29.38

Contention Ratio: NO IDEA :(

What would you go for ideally I am liking the contention ratio from Aquiss being 20:1

Thanks :D

It's the same connection. Contention ratios are no longer relevant. Instead BT state a minimum acceptable speed which is higher on Office products over home. Aquiss state the contention ratio as it is "easier for someone to understand".

I like both companies equally, they are both equally as good as the other. Ask them both some questions and see who gives the best reply.

(I went with Aquiss, but at the time I only knew of UKFSN and Aquiss as Enta resellers. I didn't like the UKFSN site so was an easy decision.)

very happy with aquiss and its customer support on the same package if its any help :) depends if that £2 extra bothers you, but if a friend asked me if aquiss was any good i wouldnt hesitate to say yes

I would recommend ADSL24. I moved from BT to ADSL24 and the customer support is amazing. It is also cheaper than Aquiss.
I personally wouldn't go with Aquiss myself, they acted very unprofessional to one of their customers recently, a post was made about it on the thinkbroadband forums.

Aquiss doesn't offer anything that ADSL24 can't, but ADSL24 is cheaper and generally more respected.

Eitherway I don't think you can go badly wrong, if you have problems with the reseller; Entanet will always help out.

Another vote for ADSL24 been with them 1 month now, speeds rock solid as is the connection, niffty online usage monitor, unlimited email address, static IP's 30P 300OP £19.99 + A1 support!

:D
