ArcheAge, Ultima Online's rebirth?

Some server problems atm. Frequent disconnects and lag on Alpha and Omega. Both servers will be down later today for the new patch.

The new patch, which will also be live for CB3, has improved localisation and shader cache.

Hopefully the promised Archeum drop adjustments will be patched before OB.
 
yeah, I think that Alpha and Omega have been starting to buckle in recent weeks under the weight of extra players who have bought Alpha after playing Beta.

Also having the same trouble on alpha, I reinstalled it but same problem. Never mind I love the game so ill be playing this anyway:)...not to mention I forked out £109:p
 
Just received an invite for the third closed beta. Really excited to see what this game has to offer as from what I've read/seen it looks fantastic. I'm particularly interested in the economic/trade aspects of the game.

Will also be interesting to see how this runs. How do you think a 7870 will fare?

Runs fine don't think you'll have any major issues there
 
You have probably received an invite via your Trion account on that specific email so you might not have a key.

The Trion account I've been using for the beta doesn't have access to beta 3 yet my second Trion account does, swings and roundabouts !!

Out of interest, what classes are people going to be going for? As the class system in this game looks really interesting, with 120 possible combinations.

For those that are already playing the game, what should I be choosing if I want to play a support role (buffs/healing but able to hold my own in melee)?

Was my own fault, a friend asked to use my account while I went away and I said he could... he then gave my details to one of his friends in Bangladesh or something -.- Still heard nothing back from Trion -.-

I am already and updated, I got invited so I am complete new and I haven't really followed the game. Looking for a Tank role for a change rather than my usual healer. Any suggestions on what to do?

Take Battlerage and Defense as your first 2 skill sets, then as the 3rd skill set, choose something like Auramancy, Vitalism or Shadowplay, or Archery even. Any of those combinations will make you pretty tanky.
 
I'm all patched and ready to go too. First time for me. No idea what I'll be doing (traditionally play support/ranged) and have deliberately kept in the dark about the game.

Any help or recommendations would be appreciated!

Also it goes live at 5PM for Euros?

The Archer+Shadow was great fun, high DPS with CC DoT's which just wreck things with ease :D
